Tremie Pipe

A Tremie Pipe hangs over the side of a Side Stone Dumping Vessel. It has a tip at the end, so rock can be placed very close to the monopile. This way, placing of rock can be done closer to a monopile than by using a moonpool.

Show Pipe Reference PointClosed A point consists of an Easting, Northing and Elevation. - The reference point will be shown as a cross.

Show Track Reference Point - The point selected as Tracking Point will also be shown as a cross.

Show Envelope - The Envelope is the area in which the Tremie Pipe can move freely.

If the pipe needs to operate outside this area, the vessel will need to move up.

Show Touch Down - A cross with an arrow will indicate where the rock will land.

This point is also the one that is tracked while rock placing is in progress.

Show Heel - The 'heel' of the Tremie Pipe will be shown as a cross, to indicate its position.

Show Cursor - This cursor is shown in the form of a cross when rock dumping information is supplied by the vessel system VODASClosed Van Oord Dredging Automation System - this system is also used to control the output for rockdump vessels (VODAS output control). in combination with a Box Installation Plan as created in VOSS.NET.
