Design Structure
A Design Structure is a Shape
A geometric entity or a collection of such entities. Each entity is described by basic geometry such as a point, a line or an arc. Examples of shapes are: Route, Centerline, Waypoints, Fix Set, Dump Boxes, Progress Grid Model, Designs, etc. file that contains the Design of, for example,
a layer of concrete elements. The file will show the operator where the
elements should be placed. The location of each element is shown by a
unique identification label.
The Design Structure is a Main Shape and can be managed via: Main Shapes
MENU > Operation
Settings > Main Shapes > Design Structure (add or edit)
For the Annotation Method choose between 'Position ID' and 'Object ID'.
Object ID enables to graphically display the actual block identification number as annotation when placing Blocks in a Progress Structure.
